- Included in wedding packages: up to 100 ceremony chairs, reception furniture for up to 125, bars and cocktail furniture, and luxury bathrooms including an accessible bathroom
- Catering: in-house catering and beverage service during wedding hours. External catering companies are not permitted on the property at any time
- Parking: on-site parking with overflow capacity for approximately 50 cars
- Dogs: welcome on a leash for the ceremony and photographs only, not inside the accommodation or the function centre
- Weddings: multi-day celebrations, pre-wedding welcome dinners and post-wedding recovery days for the 32 guests staying on site. Cultural, religious and multicultural weddings are hosted
- Timing: a 3:00 pm ceremony start is recommended, within a standard 7.5 hour event duration
- Also hosts: corporate retreats, one-day workshops, executive off-sites and group getaways
- Tours: private venue tours by appointment, typically 30 to 45 minutes

## Location

Greystone Estate sits on Hermitage Road in Pokolbin, the heart of the Hunter Valley wine district, within easy reach of Hunter Valley wineries, restaurants, breweries and adventure experiences. The Hunter Valley is roughly two hours drive north of Sydney and under an hour from Newcastle.
