1 day workshop

Up to 32 Guests

A one-day workshop at Greystone Estate offers the perfect balance of productivity, inspiration, and elevated hospitality. Guests arrive for a relaxed 9:00 am check-in, welcomed by the Estate’s serene Hunter Valley setting before moving into a day designed for focus and connection.

Multiple workshop spaces ranging from light-filled indoor rooms to versatile outdoor areas, allowing teams to break out, collaborate, and engage in meaningful team-building activities tailored to their goals. As the day evolves, participants can move seamlessly between sessions, discussions, and rejuvenating moments in the Estate’s landscaped surrounds.

In the evening, gather in the Main House for a private chef-prepared dinner showcasing premium local ingredients, creating an unforgettable dining experience that encourages conversation and reflection.

After a restful night in the estate’s 15 luxurious suites, guests enjoy a gentle start to the morning before a 2:00 pm checkout, departing refreshed, aligned, and energised by an immersive workshop retreat unlike any other.

    Fantastic location, Fantastic Staff. We hosted our corporate event for Fluke Australia here. We hosted 15 staff members for the full week as a strategic meeting. While connecting our staff for our end of year celebration - inviting the remainder of our team. Greystone was incredibly accommodating and made the experience easy and stress free.

    The Food - cant even begin. The Food was incredible, this part made the event even more perfect - we hosted 2 dinners on site during our event and no request was to big! I highly recommend and it is an incredible venue.

  • "Couldn't have picked a better venue"

    We held our annual company conference at Greystone and couldn't have picked a better venue for our needs. It's a fantastic property that's perfectly set up for large groups, and every little detail has been thought of so you will want for nothing here.

    The decor is lovely, the grounds & views were everything we had hoped for and at the end of the day, the beds extremely comfortable too which is always a big win. We just wished we'd had more time there and hope to return again and again.

  • We provide 50 on-site car spaces, all within easy walking distance to the main event areas and accommodation.

  • Outdoor power outlets are available near the parking area, suitable for guests who need to charge electric vehicles.

  • External catering is not permitted.
    Greystone Estate offers an exceptional in-house chef who can tailor menus to your group’s preferences, dietary needs, and event style.

  • For corporate retreats and workshops with 32 guests or less, BYO alcohol is welcome.
    However, for corporate events hosting more than 32 guests, our beverage packages must be used in compliance with licensing and service requirements.

  • Yes. Greystone Estate offers versatile indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for:

    • Workshops

    • Strategy sessions

    • Breakout groups

    • Presentations and team-building activities

    We also have multiple communal spaces with televisions compatible for screen-sharing and HDMI connectivity

  • Yes. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire estate.

    Please note being in a rural area can potentially impact mobile service.

  • Yes, our entire estate is accessible excluding upstairs in the cottages. We also offer a room with an accessible bathroom.

  • We can recommend trusted local transport providers for transfers, coach bookings, and shuttle needs.

  • Absolutely — site inspections can be arranged by booking an inspection
