Yes. All catering during your wedding hours must be provided by our amazing in-house catering team.
If you’d like catering outside of wedding hours, you may either use our team privately or BYO your own food. However, external catering companies are not permitted on the property at any time. -
Outside of wedding hours, yes, you are welcome to BYO alcohol.
During the wedding, all beverages must be supplied through our beverage packages.

Yes! After booking, you will receive access to our curated vendor recommendation list.

Your fur friends are more than welcome for your ceremony and photos only.
However, they are not permitted inside the accommodation or the function centre, and must remain on a leash at all times. -
Yes. We have ample onsite parking plus overflow capacity for approximately 50 cars.

Yes. You are welcome to host pre- and post-wedding gatherings onsite; however, these events are limited to the 32 guests staying in the accommodation.
External food or beverage companies are not permitted at any time, you may BYO food and drinks for these additional events, or use our catering team privately. -
After the event ends, you and your onsite guests (up to 32) may continue socialising in the Games Room.

We can host up to 125 seated guests for weddings.
For cocktail-style weddings, we can accommodate higher numbers; however, please note that the Air Pavilion can only hold up to 125 guests. -
We recommend a 3:00 PM ceremony start.
We can accommodate earlier start times however the event must not exceed our standard 7.5-hour event duration. -
No, all essential furniture is included! Greystone Estate provides up to 100 ceremony chairs, reception furniture for up to 125 guests, as well as bars and cocktail furniture.

Not at all! Our purpose-built reception space features beautiful, newly constructed luxury bathrooms, including two female toilets, one male, and an accessible bathroom, so there’s no need for any external amenities.

No. We have a purpose-built function room that seats up to 125 guests comfortably. It includes air conditioning, a power generator, and expansive views over the gardens, providing the perfect all-weather wedding venue. No need to worry about, rain, humidity or wind!

Greystone Estate has a beautiful undercover air pavilion that can accommodate up to 125 guests, allowing you to hold your ceremony outdoors while staying completely protected from the weather. This space can also be used for your cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony, so there’s no need to move guests indoors early.
Your reception is held inside our purpose-built function room, which overlooks the gardens, meaning you still enjoy the atmosphere of a garden wedding no matter what the weather brings.
