Opening our doors is 2018, Greystone Estate was purposely designed to create lifelong memories for our guests.
Our wines have been carefully-crafted by local Hunter Valley winemaker, Usher Tinkler to embody the essence of family tradition and celebration.

Semillon
Our Semillon captures the effortless freshness and timeless charm of the Hunter Valley wine region.
Hand harvested and gently whole-bunch pressed, it’s fermented in stainless steel with no oak to let the fruit shine.
Bright aromas of lemon, lime and lemongrass lead into a crisp, zesty palate of citrus sherbet, green pineapple and grapefruit, finishing clean, vibrant and refreshing.
Chardonnay
Our Chardonnay is a refined yet generous expression of rich oaked wine, made to be savoured slowly.
Hand harvested and whole-bunch pressed, the juice was fermented in seasoned French oak and aged on lees for five months to build texture and complexity.
Aromas of lemon and yellow peach are layered with subtle oak and barrel-ferment notes. The palate is fresh and mineral, showing stone fruit, peach and nectarine, with gentle oak influence and a soft, silky finish.
Rosé
Our Rosé is the perfect summer accompaniment, relaxed, refreshing and curated for easy enjoyment.
Green Shiraz grapes were quickly pressed with minimal skin contact, then fermented in stainless steel with no oak to preserve purity.
Aromas of ripe strawberry, raspberry and red apple lead to a light, dry palate of crunchy fresh strawberry flavours, soft texture and a clean, refreshing finish.
Shiraz
Our Shiraz is a generous, old-vine expression designed to round out the palate and made to linger.
Hand harvested and fermented on skins for ten days, it was then matured for nine months in seasoned French oak to build depth without overpowering the fruit.
Aromas of ripe black mulberries are lifted by white pepper and spice. The palate is medium bodied and silky, showing juicy mulberry and ripe plum flavours with hints of five spice and subtle French oak, finishing smooth and elegant.
